Said Team Negroni Las Vegas organizer Jason Bornstein, ”Our goal in organizing the Team Negroni Las vegas ride is, first and foremost, to support an incredibly worthy cause and honor the memory of those lost to cancer. We also want to encourage bartenders and spirits enthusiasts to embrace a healthy lifestyle all while building camaraderie and strengthening our community as a whole.”
The Helen David Relief Fund (HDRF) was started in 2015 by Las Vegas hospitality industry legend Tony Abou-Ganim. Abou-Ganim, a lifetime member of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, founded the HDRF in memory of his cousin, Helen David, herself a bar owner who in her lifetime twice survived battles with breast cancer. The mission of the HDRF is to support bartenders and their families affected by breast, and other forms of, cancer.
We’d like to thank our national Team Negroni sponsors: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Koloa Rum, Garrison Brothers Distillery, Real Cocktail Ingredients, Molinari, and our jersey partner Pedal Mafia. As well as our local Las Vegas ride supporters: Atomic Liquors , Golden Tiki , Circa , Anima by EDO , Hard Hat Lounge, Main St. Provisions, Herbs & Rye, Makers & Finders, Whistling Andy Distilling, Lyres, Chinola, Campari, Filthy Foods, and Diageo.
